ABOUT THE ROLE
Reach Digital is hiring a Next-Gen Business Analyst to drive business transformation, process improvement, and solution delivery across a fast-growing Abu Dhabi-based organisation serving government and enterprise clients across the UAE, KSA, and the wider Gulf region.
This isn't a documentation role. You'll operate at the intersection of business and technology — running discovery, shaping requirements, challenging assumptions, and ensuring what gets built solves the actual problem. You'll work across B2B, B2C, and B2G environments where clarity, discipline, and measurable outcomes matter more than slide decks.
You bring strong BA fundamentals (requirements engineering, process analysis, stakeholder facilitation) combined with the confidence to work across business and technical domains, translate complexity into structured documentation, and drive decisions that stick. If you've spent your career making projects succeed by getting the analysis right before the build starts, this role is for you.
LOCATION
This role is a remote work conducted from Amman, Jordan office. The position requires willingness to travel periodically to client sites in the UAE and KSA as project needs arise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Requirements Engineering & Solution Design
• Lead the full requirements engineering lifecycle: discovery, elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability through to implementation.
• Produce structured deliverables: BRDs, SRS, functional specifications, user stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, business rules, and traceability matrices.
• Analyse current-state processes and define future-state improvements with clear gap analysis and transition recommendations.
• Translate complex business processes into technical specifications that development teams can build from without ambiguity.
• Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and delivered outcomes — own the thread from requirement to release.
Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business needs, risks, constraints, dependencies, and opportunities before solutioning begins.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Act as the primary requirements liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery team — translate business language into technical clarity and vice versa.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines. Challenge assumptions constructively when the analysis doesn't support them.
• Operate across B2B, B2C, and B2G environments, adapting communication style and deliverable format to the audience.
End-to-End Project Delivery Support
• Contribute across the full project lifecycle: analysis, documentation, sprint planning, testing, and implementation.
• Support Agile delivery: refine the product backlog, break epics into stories, write acceptance criteria, and clarify edge cases during sprint planning.
• Prepare UAT scenarios and test documentation. Coordinate testing with business stakeholders, document defects, and track resolution to closure.
• Ensure consistency between requirements, delivered solutions, and business readiness at every stage gate.
• Support knowledge transfer during project transitions, managed services onboarding, and platform handovers.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
• Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities that inform better decision-making.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, and insight generation using Power BI, Excel, or equivalent tools.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the maturation of BA practices across the organisation.
• Build and maintain project knowledge bases: SOPs, runbooks, service catalogues, and platform documentation.
WHAT YOU BRING
Must Have
• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement, business transformation, or consulting.
• Strong requirements engineering discipline: proven ability to produce BRDs, SRS, user stories, traceability matrices, and UAT documentation to a professional standard.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills: confident facilitating workshops with senior government and enterprise stakeholders.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset — you break complexity into clarity.
• Balanced business and technical/engineering background: comfortable discussing both business outcomes and system design.
• Excellent Arabic/English language writing skills.
• Process mapping proficiency (BPMN, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and delivery tracking.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and validation.
• Excellent written and spoken English — your documents are clear, structured, and unambiguous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Economics, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in UAE/KSA government or semi-government digital transformation projects.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments spanning B2B, B2C, and B2G.
• Power BI proficiency for reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks: .NET, Angular, React, Node.js, Sitecore, Azure.
• Understanding of ITIL service management concepts (incident, change, release, problem management).
• Experience writing API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger) or integration requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) for documentation, analysis, or workflow automation.
TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES
You should demonstrate practical proficiency in the following:
• Azure DevOps — backlog management, sprint tracking, issue management
• Confluence — documentation, knowledge bases, collaboration
• Visio / Miro — process mapping, journey mapping, workshop facilitation
• Power BI — reporting, dashboards, data analysis
• SQL — data querying, validation, and analysis
• Microsoft Office Suite — Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint
CERTIFICATIONS
